Can I return an item I received as a gift?

All you would need to know is the order number originally given to the buyer.

If this was bought in one of our shops, you will only be able to exchange this purchase in one of our stores presenting the e-receipt/gift receipt.

You will be able to exchange your item for the same price or higher (and pay the difference) - no money can be refunded to you.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any money if you choose to exchange for a lower priced item.
