How do I return items to you?

Returns can be initiated through customer service by raising a request or by
telephone +966 (0) 11 5202888 (10am to 5pm).
Customers should quote the order number, item code & quantity of items returned. If payment was through cash on delivery then refunds must be transferred to customer’s bank account. Please quote the International Bank Account Number (IBAN), Bank Name & Address in the refund request.
You can also return any items to one of our shops for a refund within the 30 day window.
